LAMMPS Benchmarks (Slurm)

Performance comparisons between the Hazel HPC's results and external results; Hazel exceeds the expected performance.



Serial CPU Benchmark

Steps to reproduce this result:

Go to the shared LAMMPS testing directory.

Create a working directory and copy the in.intel.lj and serial_cpu_slurm.sh files into it.

Then run the following command to run the job

sbatch serial_cpu_slurm.sh

The output and error files will be generated in the same folder once the job is completed.

Parallel CPU Benchmark (16 MPI ranks)
