To set the environment, either source the appropriate script or load the default module
module load vmd
Do not use VMD on a login node. VMD must be run on an HPC-VCL node.
Older versions of VMD may not work on the current VCL image. To run on the VCL, log in to an HPC-VCL node, open a terminal, and type:module load vmd vmd
